#### 59B Authorised officers (1) The President may, in writing, authorise an officer of the Tribunal to be an authorised officer for the purposes of one or more specified provisions of this Act or any other enactment. (2) The authorisation may be general or limited to specified decisions or proceedings or to specified functions or powers.
