#### 27B Review—Code of Practice (1) The Attorney‑General may, by legislative instrument, determine a Code of Practice for the purpose of facilitating the operation of subsection 27A(1). (2) A person, in taking action under subsection 27A(1), must have regard to any such Code of Practice that is then in force.
