24N Staff
(1) The staff of the Tribunal must be persons engaged under the Public Service Act 1999. (2) For the purposes of the Public Service Act 1999: (a) the following persons together constitute a Statutory Agency: (i) the Registrar; (ii) the staff of the Tribunal referred to in subsection (1); (iii) the Senior Reviewer and the other Reviewers of the Immigration Assessment Authority; and (b) the Registrar is the head of that Statutory Agency.
