#### 24A Management of administrative affairs of Tribunal (1) The President is responsible for managing the administrative affairs of the Tribunal. (2) However, the President is not responsible under subsection (1) for matters relating to the Tribunal under: (a) the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013; or (b) the Public Service Act 1999. (3) The Registrar is not subject to direction by the President in relation to the Registrar’s performance of functions, or exercise of powers, under the Acts referred to in subsection (2). (4) However, the Registrar must consult with the President in relation to the Registrar’s performance of those functions or exercise of those powers.
