11 Employment of other officers
(1) The Minister may employ such other persons as the Minister considers necessary for the purposes of the government of the Territory and may determine the terms and conditions on which those persons hold office. (2) The Minister may require a person employed under this section to make and subscribe an oath or affirmation of allegiance or office, or both, in a form approved by the Minister and before such person as the Minister directs.
