10 Oath to be taken by Administrator etc
(1) The Administrator, an Acting Administrator and a Deputy of the Administrator must, before entering on the duties of the office, make and subscribe an oath or affirmation in the form in the First Schedule to this Ordinance. (2) An oath or affirmation under this section shall be made and subscribed before the Governor‑General or a person authorized for the purpose by the Minister.
