Victoria regulation
These Victorian regulations set fees for depositing a will with the registrar of probates and getting a deposited will delivered: 1.6 and 2.7 fee units respectively. The fee-unit value can change each financial year. A fee is not payable for a deposit made because a legal practitioner has died or ceased, or is about to cease, practising in Victoria. This is general legal information, not legal advice; Zoe can make mistakes, and a qualified Australian lawyer should check it before you rely on it or act on it.
