94 Payments under revoked probates or administrations valid The executor or administrator who has acted under any revoked or rescinded probate or administration may retain and reimburse himself or herself, or shall be entitled to be reimbursed for, an amount equal to the amount of any payments made by him or her which the person to whom probate or administration is afterwards or was originally granted might have lawfully made.
