74 Interest in home to be valued
For the purposes of this Division, the value of the interest of an
intestate in a dwelling is the amount determined by a valuer, within
the meaning of the Valuation of Land Act 1963, engaged by the
personal representatives of the intestate to be the market value of
the interest.
