71D Service of applications
(1) Where an application has been made to the Court under
section 71B in relation to an intestate estate, the applicant shall
cause notice of the application to be served on each person who is
an administrator of the intestate estate.
(2) The Court may:
(a) of its own motion, and either before or during the hearing of an
application under section 71B; or
(b) on application made by the applicant or by the administrator of
the intestate estate,
order that notice of the application be served on such person as the
Court thinks fit.
