71 Application
(1) This Division applies in respect of the intestate estate of an
intestate Aboriginal who:
(a) has not entered into a marriage that is a valid marriage under
the Marriage Act 1961 of the Commonwealth; and
(b) dies after the commencement of the Administration and
Probate Act 1979.
(2) In this Division intestate and intestate estate have the meanings
respectively ascribed thereto in Division 4.
