62 Executor, &c., to hold property on trust, &c.
The personal representative of an intestate holds, subject to his or
her rights, powers and duties for the purposes of administration, the
intestate estate on trust for the persons entitled to it in accordance
with the succeeding provisions of this Division or the provisions of
Division 4A.
