60A Evidentiary effect of probate and letters of administration
(1) The probate of any will or letters of administration with the will
annexed is evidence of the due execution of the will for all
questions concerning either real or personal estate.
(2) The copy attached or annexed to the probate or letters of
administration, purporting to be a copy of the will, is evidence of the
contents of the will.
(3) The probate of any will or letters of administration is evidence of the
death and the date of the death of the testator or intestate.
