59 Real estate to be held upon trusts of will
Subject to the provisions of this Part, the real estate of every
deceased person devising that estate by his or her will, shall be
held by his or her executor to whom probate has been granted, or
the administrator with the will annexed, according to the trusts and
dispositions of the will.
