38 Accounting by special administrator
Upon any order being made by the Court for the rescission of any
grant of special administration, the special administrator shall be
bound duly to account to the original executor or administrator, and
to pay over all moneys received by him or her as such special
administrator and then remaining in his or her hands undisposed of,
as the Court may order.
