27 Application by surety for relief
If, upon application by a surety to an administration bond, it appears
to the Court that:
(a) the estate is being wasted, or is in danger of being wasted; or
(b) the surety is being in any way prejudiced, or in danger of
being prejudiced, by the act or default of the person
administering the estate,
the Court may grant such relief as it thinks fit.
