26 Probate or administration may be revoked or further bond
required
(1) At any time after probate of the will, or administration of the estate,
of a deceased person has been granted, the Court may, upon the
application of a person who is interested in the estate, revoke the
probate or administration, as the case may be.
(2) At any time after administration of the estate of a deceased person
has been granted, the Court may, upon the application of a person
who is interested in the estate, order the administrator of the estate
to execute a bond, or an additional bond, as the case may be, of
such amount and within such time as the Court thinks fit and with
one surety, being an insurance company approved by the Minister.
(3) If an administrator fails to comply with the terms of an order made
under subsection (2), the Court may remove the administrator and
appoint another person to be an administrator of the estate in his or
her place.

(4) Where the Court has removed an administrator of an estate under
subsection (3) and appointed another person to be an administrator
of the estate in his or her place, any contract, made before the date
on which the administrator was so removed, in respect of which the
administrator so removed was, in his or her capacity of
administrator of the estate, a party shall, on and after that date, be
read and construed, and may be enforced, as if references in the
contract to the administrator so removed were references to the
administrator so appointed in his or her place.
