(1) A person may, on payment of the fee (if any) payable to the
Registrar under this Act, obtain from the Registrar:
(a) a certificate or exemplification of a grant of probate or
administration; or

(b) a copy of:
(i) the whole or a part of a will; or
(ii) such other document as the Court approves.
(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), the Registrar shall, at the request
of a person who is a party to a matter under this Act, furnish to that
person, free of charge, one office copy of a will or other document
to which the matter relates.
