148 Registrar to keep record of probates, &c.
(1) The Registrar shall cause entries to be made in a book to be kept
for that purpose of:
(a) all grants of probate and administration; and
(b) all elections and orders to collect; and
(c) the filing, passing and allowance of the accounts required to
be filed or to be filed and passed under section 89; and
(d) any special order extending the time for passing those
accounts.
(2) The book referred to in subsection (1) shall set forth:
(a) the dates of the grants, elections and orders; and
(b) the names of the testators or intestates; and
(c) the place and time of death; and
(d) the names and description of the executors or administrators;
and
(e) the value, verified on oath, of the estates; and
(f) the dates of the filing, passing and allowance of, and special
orders with reference to, the accounts.
