101 Every executor, &c., to be deemed resident in the Territory
(1) Every executor or administrator:
(a) named in any probate or letters of administration granted by
any Court of competent jurisdiction in a relevant country and
making application under the provisions of this Act for the
sealing of the probate or administration; or
(b) appointed under this Act,
shall be deemed to be resident in the Territory.
(2) Where not actually so resident, he or she shall, before the issue or
sealing of any probate or administration, file with the Registrar an
address in the Territory at which notices and processes may be
served upon him or her and all services at that registered address
shall be deemed personal service.
