101 Transitional provision—family provision—Justice Legislation Amendment (Succession and Surrogacy) Act 2014 The amendments made to Part IV of this Act by Part 2 of the **Justice Legislation Amendment (Succession and Surrogacy) Act 2014** apply in respect of the estate of any person who dies on or after the commencement of Part 2 of that Act.
