67 Transitory provisions: Rules of Court
(1) *[Section 67 Subsection (1) amended by S.R. 1977, No. 100 ]*The provisions set forth in Schedule III shall, until otherwise prescribed as hereinafter provided, apply to proceedings in respect of the estates of persons dying before or after the commencement of this Act.
(2) The judges, in the exercise of their powers under the Supreme Court Civil Procedure Act 1932 , may make Rules of Court for the purposes of this Act.
(3) *[Section 67 Subsection (3) amended by S.R. 1977, No. 100 ]*Any such rules may modify, alter, or repeal all or any of the provisions in Schedule III .
