### 67 Transitory provisions: Rules of Court
> > (1) *\[Section 67 Subsection (1) amended by S.R. 1977, No. 100 \]*The provisions set forth in [Schedule III](#JSIII@EN) shall, until otherwise prescribed as hereinafter provided, apply to proceedings in respect of the estates of persons dying before or after the commencement of this Act.

> > (2) The judges, in the exercise of their powers under the [Supreme Court Civil Procedure Act 1932](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1932-058) , may make Rules of Court for the purposes of this Act.

> > (3) *\[Section 67 Subsection (3) amended by S.R. 1977, No. 100 \]*Any such rules may modify, alter, or repeal all or any of the provisions in [Schedule III](#JSIII@EN) .
