### 58 Proceedings under this Act to be stayed in certain cases
> *\[Section 58 Amended by 25 Geo. V No. 78 \]*If any proceeding in the Court shall be instituted for the administration of the estate of a testator or intestate, the personal representative shall stay all proceedings under this Act from the time he receives notice of such proceeding; but he shall be allowed his costs of any proceedings he may have taken under this Act up to that time.
