### 47A Interpretation > *\[Section 47A Inserted by No. 50 of 1951, s. 3 \]* > > > (1) In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears, the expression ***executor or administrator therein named*** includes the executor of an executor becoming, by representation, the executor of the original estate. > > > (2) *\[Section 47A Subsection (2) added by No. 4 of 1978, s. 6 \]*In this Part references to a reciprocating country shall be construed as references to the United Kingdom, the Dominion of New Zealand, Fiji, or, subject to the terms of any proclamation made under [section 53](#GS53@EN) , to any other country declared under that section to be a country to which this Part applies; and for the purposes of this Part ***country*** includes any territory or other jurisdiction.
