### 37 Validity of conveyance not affected by revocation of representation > > (1)  All conveyances of any interest in real or personal estate made to a purchaser, either before or after the commencement of this Act, by a person to whom probate or letters of administration have been granted are valid, notwithstanding any subsequent revocation or variation, either before or after the commencement of this Act, of the probate or administration. > > > (2)  This section takes effect without prejudice to any order of the Court made before the commencement of this Act, and applies whether the deceased died before or after such commencement.
