93 Notice of order to be published Within 1 month after any order to collect and administer has been granted, the public trustee and guardian must, unless the Supreme Court otherwise orders, twice give public notice of the fact that the order has been granted. Note Public notice means notice on an ACT government website or in a daily newspaper circulating in the ACT (see Legislation Act, dict, pt 1).
