69 Every executor etc taken to be resident in ACT
Every executor or administrator—
(a) named in any probate or letters of administration granted by any
court of competent jurisdiction in any part of a Commonwealth
country and making application under this Act for the sealing of
the probate or administration; or
(b) appointed under this Act;
is taken to be resident in the ACT.
