62 Payments under revoked probates or administrations valid The executor or administrator who has acted under any revoked probate or administration may keep and reimburse himself or herself, or be entitled to be reimbursed for, an amount equal to the amount of any payments made by him or her that the person to whom probate or administration is afterwards, or was originally, granted might have lawfully made.
