54 In suits executor or administrator to represent real estate
In all suits concerning the real estate of a deceased person, the
executor to whom probate has been granted or administrator
represents the real estate so long as it remains vested in the executor
or administrator, and the persons interested, in the same way and to
the same extent as, in suits concerning personal estate, the executor
or administrator represents the estate and the persons interested.
