43B When ceases to represent deceased
If, after a person has become the executor of the will of a testator
under the application, or of successive applications, of section 43A,
another person who was appointed an executor of the will of that
testator is granted probate of that will, the firstmentioned person
ceases, on the grant of that probate, to be the executor of the will of
that testator.
