41C Administration of assets
(1) If the estate of a deceased person is sufficient for the payment in full
of all the expenses, debts and liabilities payable from the estate, the
person’s real and personal property is, subject to the provisions of the
person’s will (if any) and to any law in force in the ACT about charges
on property, applicable in the order set out in schedule 4, part 4.1 for
