28 On return of original executor or administrator special administration to be revoked (1) On the return within the jurisdiction of the executor to whom probate has originally been granted, or the administrator, the executor or administrator may apply to the Supreme Court to revoke the special grant of administration. (2) The Supreme Court, on the hearing of the application, may make an order to revoke the special grant of administration on the terms and conditions about security, costs, or otherwise that the court appear reasonable, and the original probate or administration are and remain as valid and effectual as if the special grant of administration had not been made.
