26 Issue of special letters of administration
If, at the end of 6 months from the death of any person, the executor
to whom probate has been granted or the administrator is then
residing out of the jurisdiction, the Supreme Court may, on the
application of any creditor, legatee, or next of kin, grant to the
creditor, legatee or next of kin so applying special letters of
administration of the estate of the deceased person, nevertheless to
cease on an order being made for the revocation of the grant of the
special letters of administration as mentioned in section 29.
