23 Administration pendente lite and receiver
(1) The Supreme Court may—
(a) pending any suit touching the validity of the will of any deceased
person, or for obtaining recalling, or revoking any probate or any
grant of administration; or
(b) during a contested right of administration;
appoint an administrator of the personal estate and the same or any
other person to be receiver of the real estate of any deceased person,
with the full or limited powers that the court considers appropriate.
(2) The Supreme Court may make the orders for the remuneration of the
administrator or receiver out of the personal and real estate of the
deceased person it considers right.
