10C Grant of probate to public trustee and guardian etc
If a deceased person has named as an executor of the person’s will
the public trustee and guardian, or the public trustee of a State, the
Supreme Court may grant probate of the will to that public trustee.
Note State includes the Northern Territory (see Legislation Act, dict, pt 1).
