Executor or administrator to represent real estate In all proceedings concerning the real estate of a deceased person, his executor, to whom probate has been granted, or administrator, so long as such estate remains vested in him, shall represent such real estate and the persons interested therein in the same manner and to the same extent as in proceedings concerning personal estate.
