Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

These regulations add short, practical rules under the Adelaide Park Lands Act 2005. They name a specific body as a State authority, set how the Minister may give public notice, require management plans to be available for free at a nominated office and online, fix an 18‑month reporting period, exempt the West Terrace Cemetery management strategy from identifying individual interments, and revoke the 2006 regulations. The measures shift modest administrative duties (publication, inspection, online posting) onto State authorities and clarify certain procedural obligations for the Minister and agencies.
