Compliance is required at the next scheduled 100‑hour inspection or by 10 August 2001. CASA took the action after the manufacturer reported under‑strength rivets in the co‑pilot throttle control that could fail during a pilot “conflict.” Owners/operators must arrange and pay for the modification and certify compliance per the Service Bulletin.
