Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

Owners/operators of certain Eagle X‑TS 150 and 150B aeroplanes (serials 001–003 and 005–030) must modify the canard rear spar bracket per Eagle Service Bulletin 1074. The mandatory Airworthiness Directive, effective 24 December 1999, requires completion within 100 hours time‑in‑service; operators bear the cost and downtime. The change adds structural strength to meet certification requirements and relies on the external Service Bulletin for technical details.
