Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

Requires owners/operators of Eagle X-TS 150 and 150B aeroplanes (serial numbers 001–030, unless already modified per Eagle Service Bulletin 1076) to inspect rudder cables near the under‑seat pulleys and to modify the under‑seat pulley installation and reset rudder cable tension using specified Eagle service bulletins. Inspections must be done immediately and repeated at short intervals until the modification is carried out. Owners/operators pay for and perform the work; the Civil Aviation Safety Authority enforces the directive. The measure responds to reported rudder cable fraying and testing that the modification extends service life.
