Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

What this does: Cancels an old airworthiness directive that required a one-time inspection of the rudder pulley bracket assembly on CAC CA-25 Winjeel aircraft.

Who it affects: Owners and operators of Winjeel aeroplanes (mostly historical or vintage aircraft operators).

Why it matters: The original safety rule required this inspection to be completed before April 1994. Because that deadline passed over 15 years ago and the requirement is now obsolete, this instrument officially removes it from the aviation safety rules. This is administrative housekeeping to clean up regulations that are no longer relevant.
