This Airworthiness Directive applies to aircraft with Rolls‑Royce Viper Mk.521 and Mk.522 engines and requires operators to have maintenance follow either Rolls‑Royce Service Bulletin No. 75‑A32 or CAO 106 AD/RRT‑V/13 to reset the blow‑off valve operating point. The change, paid for and implemented by operators or their maintenance organisations, is intended to reduce the risk of engine surge or stall.
