Plain English Summary

4/10 complexity

This AD requires owners/operators of Victa/A.E.S.L. Airtourer 100/115/150 and T6 aeroplanes to periodically replace the landing-gear attachment "special bolts" using either the Aerospace service-bulletin procedure (longer interval) or by substituting equivalent AN steel bolts (shorter interval).

It matters because operators must choose a compliance route, pay for parts and labour, track time‑in‑service and maintenance records, and accept the tradeoffs in replacement frequency and parts sourcing.
