Plain English Summary

4/10 complexity

What this AD does: Requires owners/operators of Univair Ercoupe, Forney, Alon and Mooney M10 series aeroplanes to fit access openings and inspect the wing outer panel internal structure for corrosion, using Univair Service Bulletin SB 29 (Rev B or C). Any corroded components must be repaired or replaced before further flight. The amendment adds recurring inspection obligations with specified initial and 12‑month intervals. Operators pay for the inspections, repairs and modifications; CASA (by delegate) set the compliance dates.
