Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This notice cancels AD/TPE 331/39 for AlliedSignal (Garrett/AiResearch) TPE 331 engines and transfers control of life‑limited engine parts to AD/ENG/7. It affects operators, owners and maintenance organisations who must now follow and reference AD/ENG/7 for parts life limits, and CASA as regulator. Practically, it’s an administrative relabelling: update manuals, records and compliance checks to avoid confusion; any substantive duties depend on AD/ENG/7’s contents.
