Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This instrument cancels AD/TPE 331/3 (life‑limits for AlliedSignal TPE331 engines) and relocates the legal requirements for life‑limited engine parts to AD/ENG/7. Operators, maintenance organisations and engineers who relied on AD/TPE 331/3 must now consult and comply with AD/ENG/7 for tracking, retirement and other life‑limit obligations. The cancellation sets no fees; any compliance costs stem from the substantive rules in AD/ENG/7.
