AD/TECNAM/5 - Rudder Interference

This Airworthiness Directive requires owners/operators of Tecnam P2002‑JF aeroplanes (serials 001–013) to carry out the corrective work in Tecnam Service Bulletin P2002/2 (or later ENAC/EASA‑approved revisions) to eliminate rudder‑to‑fin interference, and it must be done before further flight. CASA issued it after a partial rudder jam was traced to interference between the rudder’s forward lip and the vertical fin rear spar; owners bear the cost and must ground affected aircraft until the approved bulletin actions are completed.
