Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This directive requires two visual checks: confirm there is no gap between the vertical stabiliser leading edge and the fuselage, and verify the vertical stabiliser forward junction doubler is present. If a gap or the doubler is missing, the manufacturer must be contacted before further flight.

It applies to all Model TB20 and TB21 aeroplanes; pilots may perform the pre‑flight check and must record the AD on the maintenance release. Amendment 1 removes the TB200 from applicability.
