Plain English Summary

4/10 complexity

Requires owners/operators of Aerospatiale (Socata) TB9/TB10 aeroplanes (specified serial numbers up to S/No. 755, with listed exclusions) to inspect and, if necessary, remedy cockpit hydraulic brake lines in accordance with the manufacturer's Service Bulletin No.33. The AD responds to reports that aileron and rudder control rods can damage those lines. Operators must comply within 100 flight hours or at the next scheduled maintenance release after 30 October 1987, so operators bear the inspection/modification cost and any scheduling impact.
