Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

The AD mandates a one‑time fuselage reinforcement for specified SIAI Marchetti S205 aircraft, requiring owners/operators to follow SIAI Marchetti SB 205B20 and complete the work by 31 March 1971. It applies only to the serial‑numbers listed in the AD (with certain exclusions), shifts cost and scheduling burden to operators, centralises the compliance method via the manufacturer bulletin, and creates near‑term maintenance demand and aircraft downtime.
